“Claire was contracted to manage all Owners Supply for the interior during the construction of Project Omar, now named Dilbar. This covered all the luxury outfit of Owner and Guest areas plus the Crew/Staff areas. Dilbar is currently the world’s largest yacht in terms of volume, which required large quantities of high end and often bespoke pieces for the yacht. The work covered items from tableware, linen, kitchen equipment right through to mattresses and decorative accessories. Claire had direct relationships with all relevant manufacturers which enabled the project to benefit from competitive pricing, which resulted in substantial savings, and in turn she came within the allotted budget. She undertook the multiple quotes, following through the orders and payment and inventory of received items in the storage, which required sorting to each space and labelling so all was ready to hand over to the yacht crew for placement on board. Working closely with the shipyard, contractors and crew, Claire planned storage and sea fastening. Her experience saw that all was undertaken on time as per the build program, and when crew arrived this was valuable for the operational input in setting up pantries and stores, working alongside crew and the interior designers. The client was delighted with everything she organised, in as much she assisted with the set up of a London Residence. Claire continues to regularly provide interior supply and support to the crew. I’d be very happy to work with her again on future projects.”
