PURCHASING ASSISTANT

We are looking for another dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join our busy and growing company.

Reporting directly to a Senior Purchaser, you will be given full training on our ERP system, be familiarised with our vast database of suppliers, and learn about the yachting world and our clients.

In addition to typical merchandising tasks such as sourcing new goods or identifying new suppliers and then entering them in our database, you will also be issuing client quotations and invoices, requesting quotes and product information from suppliers, and monitoring incoming/outgoing order progress.

Key skills required:

1. Strong MS Office skills

2. Experience working in an administrative or purchasing environment (minimum 2 years), or recent graduate in an administrative or purchasing related discipline

3. Fluent written and spoken English, preferably mother tongue. Confident liaising with an international client base. German language skills are not required

4. Highly organised and able to multi-task accurately in a fast-paced environment
