new build / refit services

General-Arrangement.jpg

General Arrangement

  • Experience-based recommendations for optimal layout, specifying essential equipment and efficient service routes for first class service. Implementing conveniently located storage lockers so that housekeeping crew can be un-intrusive and speedy.

  • Identifying design and installation flaws, often preventing costly refits or complicated change orders later. Checking for disused spaces, which could be viable as additional storage compartments.

  • Drawing approval for crew/operational areas.

  • Drawing review of luxury areas to ensure a global overview of the interior, to offer feedback from a operational - rather than purely design - perspective.

  • Accurate interpretation of room and furniture production drawings ensures sensible designation of supply and that the correct quantities of items are purchased.

  • Budget for Owner’s Supply: we provide an accurate and transparent cost assessment following analysis of the layout.

  • We prepare a full equipment list which incorporates the client’s tastes and requirements and arrange the purchase of everything that the Owner must provide to the interior - from crew and guest tableware and linen, through to decorative accessories to kitchen equipment.

  • Owner’s Supply Procurement: we create custom presentations including visuals and pricing to make the selection process straightforward and enjoyable for the client.

  • Conducting the product research, price checking, stock checking. We will check as carefully as possible that the items are of a good quality, suitable quantity, practical for use at sea, blend with the interior, and have a space allocated on board the vessel.

  • Full management of the purchasing logistics - from ordering to receipt of goods - on time, before project completion.

  • Supervising the quality control and repacking of goods, ready for the room to which they are assigned.
